By using these tools, you acknowledge and agree that: • AI-generated content is provided for educational and informational purposes only. • Gyapak does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated outputs. • You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated content. • You will not use AI tools to generate content that is misleading, harmful, or violates applicable laws. • Career counseling outputs are suggestions only and do not constitute professional career, legal, or financial advice. • You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, misuse, or exploit the AI systems. Gyapak continuously improves its AI models. Outputs may vary across sessions and are not guaranteed to be consistent.

Your privacy is important to us. By using Gyapak, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. Gyapak may offer premium features or subscription plans. If you choose to purchase a paid plan: • All prices are listed in the applicable currency and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your chosen plan. • You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination: • Your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. • We may delete your account data in accordance with our data retention policy. • Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including ownership clauses, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
